A note from John Thornton, CEO

As I look back on Astrobotic’s accomplishments over the past year, I’m filled with gratitude for our customers, vendors, stakeholders, community partners, government officials, and of course, our team, who have been integral to our mission of making space accessible to the world. Just enough people believed in our mission, and in us, to get us to where we are today.

Astrobotic was formed 16 years ago with a dream of reaching the Moon. Today, we have grown to over 250 employees, with facilities both in Pittsburgh, PA and Mojave, CA. Together, we face our next exciting milestone: Peregrine Mission One. In just a few short weeks, our Peregrine lunar lander will launch from Cape Canaveral aboard United Launch Alliance (ULA)’s Vulcan rocket with payloads from seven different countries aboard this historic mission. This is an exciting time for the company and I am incredibly proud of our team of “Astrobots” who have worked diligently to make this dream a reality.
